Udaipur, May 13 (Udaipur Kiran) — Rajasthan BJP president Madan Rathore on Tuesday said pending political appointments in the state will be completed within the next one month.

Addressing a press conference during his Udaipur visit, Rathore said the process of giving opportunities to party workers would be finalised soon.
He said several positions in bodies including the Women Commission, RTDC, Child Commission, OBC Commission, Waqf Board, Sports Council, Khadi Board, Housing Board and various development boards are currently vacant and will be filled shortly.
Rathore added that the government has already made appointments in the Finance Commission, Devnarayan Board and Kisan Commission.
Targeting former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Congress leaders over the NEET paper leak controversy, Rathore alleged that 17 paper leak incidents had taken place during the previous Congress government, while no such incident had occurred under the present government led by Bhajan Lal Sharma.
He said the central government acted in the interest of students by immediately cancelling the NEET examination.
Commenting on the controversy surrounding “Udaipur Files,” Rathore said there should not be a media trial in the matter. He stated that in the era of artificial intelligence, anything can be created, and the police and courts should be allowed to investigate the issue independently.
On internal factionalism and social media disputes within the BJP’s Udaipur unit, Rathore said the party has taken cognisance of the matter and that the politics of “letter bombs” will no longer continue.
He also claimed that the BJP had defeated the Congress decisively in the recent by-elections.
Regarding the delay in local body elections, Rathore linked it to preparations for the “One State-One Election” initiative.
The press conference was attended by MP Dr. Mannalal Rawat, MLA Phool Singh Meena and other BJP leaders.
