Udaipur: Dr Rohit Mathur has been awarded a PhD in Hotel Management by Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, Udaipur.
Dr Mathur successfully completed his research on “Customer Perception Regarding Service Quality in Food and Beverage Services: A Comparative Study of Heritage and Chain Hotels in the Udaipur Region” under the supervision of Prof. Sangeeta Dhar.
His research will help evaluate the quality of food and beverage services in heritage and chain hotels and understand customers’ perceptions of service in both types of hotels.
