New Delhi, August 27: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) held its first organizational meeting with newly appointed national secretaries at its headquarters on Thursday. The meeting was chaired by the party’s national president, Nitin Naveen.
Sharing details on the official ‘X’ handle, the BJP stated, “Today, the national president Nitin Naveen chaired the first organizational meeting with the newly appointed national secretaries at the BJP headquarters in New Delhi. The discussions focused on organizational preparations and strategic outlines for the upcoming assembly elections in various states.”
The meeting aimed to strengthen the organization further, with extensive discussions on upcoming programs and the party’s future action plan. Organizational preparations and frameworks for the forthcoming assembly elections in different states were also deliberated.
Senior leader Vinod Tawde expressed on ‘X’ after the meeting, “The first meeting of the newly appointed national secretaries was successfully held under the chairmanship of national president Nitin Naveen at the BJP headquarters. All colleagues expressed their gratitude while welcoming the national president. Significant discussions took place on various important topics related to the party and organization, as well as the upcoming elections in different states.”
BJP’s national secretary Harish Dwivedi also deemed the meeting significant. He noted, “Today, the first meeting of the national secretaries was concluded under the chairmanship of national president Nitin Naveen. All national secretaries, including the national organization general secretary B.L. Santosh and co-organization general secretary Shiv Prakash, were present.”
He further added, “The meeting involved detailed and meaningful discussions on organizational issues, upcoming programs, and the party’s future action plan, with directions and priorities for upcoming tasks being established. Under the guidance of the national president, this meeting was extremely important and inspiring for making the organization stronger, more active, and dedicated to public service.”
Smriti Irani also shared a photo from the meeting on ‘X’, mentioning, “Detailed discussions were held on future action plans, preparations for assembly elections in various states, and other topics.”
It is believed that this was the first major organizational meeting under the new national president’s leadership, where strategies for the upcoming elections in the coming months were finalized, along with discussions on campaigns like the service resolution campaign.
