
Jaipur, July 13 (Udaipur Kiran): The Sikar team of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested Police Head Constable Sandeep Kumar Jat of Police Station Mukundgarh, District Jhunjhunu in Jhunjhunu on Saturday for accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 from the complainant.
ACB Director General of Police Dr. Ravi Prakash Mehra informed that the ACB Sikar team received a complaint from the complainant that Police Head Constable Sandeep Kumar Jat was demanding Rs 28,000 in lieu of helping him in the case registered against him.
On this, the ACB Sikar team under the leadership of Deputy Superintendent of Police Ravindra Singh Shekhawat verified the complaint and laid a trap and arrested Head Constable Sandeep Kumar Jat while accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000. It is noteworthy that Head Constable Sandeep Kumar Jat had reached the complainant’s residence to take the bribe, where he was caught by the ACB team.
