Lux Industries inches up on the BSE

Lux Industries is currently trading at Rs. 1346.25, up by 3.15 points or 0.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 1343.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1348.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1381.40 and Rs. 1341.00 respectively.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1556.60 on 13-Dec-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 983.50 on 22-Aug-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1425.00 and Rs. 1329.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3409.16 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.71%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 4.12% and 22.17% respectively.

Lux Industries has reduced its stake in Artimas Fashions (AFPL) which is the licensee of Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli’s innerwear brand, from 100 per cent to 50.87 per cent. AFPL, which was the wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has become a subsidiary with the dilution of its stake.

Lux Industries manufactures and sells knitwear in India. The company offers a range of innerwear for men, women, and children. It also exports its products to the Middle East countries.
