Mumbai, October 16 (Daily Kiran): Shares of KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Ltd gained nearly 1% in Thursday’s trade after the company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, KRN HVAC Products, has commenced commercial production at its Bus AC Division in Kolila Joga, Alwar (Rajasthan).

The stock was trading at ₹840.25, up ₹6.80 or 0.82%, against its previous close of ₹833.45 on the BSE. The scrip opened at ₹834.00, touching an intraday high of ₹845.00 and a low of ₹834.00. So far, 3,165 shares have been traded on the counter. The company’s market capitalization stands at ₹5,236.38 crore.
Over the past year, the stock has seen a 52-week high of ₹1,011.60 (February 6, 2025) and a low of ₹415.50 (October 25, 2024). The promoters hold 70.79%, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors hold 11.67% and 17.54%, respectively.
The newly operational Bus AC Division marks a significant expansion for KRN HVAC Products, which manufactures heat exchangers and HVAC systems. The Alwar facility is dedicated to producing heat exchangers and advanced HVAC components, catering to the growing automotive and commercial vehicle air-conditioning segment.
