So far, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has addressed 18th rallies in the state. Prime Minister Modi today addressed a public meeting in Bangarapet and he is also scheduled to address three more election rallies in Chikmagaluru, Belgavi and Bidar today.
Continuing his attack against Congress, PM said that people have rejected Congress in the country and they will also uproot it in upcoming assembly polls in Karnataka. PM hit out at the Congress for continuing with the dynastic rule in the party.
Prime Minister counted six common points found in Congress which, in his view, is against the spirit of constitution and democracy. Prime Minister also slammed Congress president, Rahul Gandhi for his lack of respect towards senior leadership as well as towards his alliance partners.
The third force in the Karnataka political battle, the JDS is also leaving no stone unturned to woo voters. Party patriarch H D Dewe Gowda is defying age with his hectic poll campaign in support of jd(s) candidates. Party leaders are confident that the party will fare well at the hustings.
The shrill campaign will cease on 10th evening, 48 hours before the end of polling. Voting will take place on12th and the results will be out on15th May.
