Mumbai, September 24 (Udaipur Kiran News): Shares of Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) edged higher on Wednesday after the company announced the signing of a 310-key Taj hotel in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The stock was trading at Rs 754.00, up 0.26% from its previous close of Rs 752.05 on the BSE.

The counter opened at Rs 752.00 and touched an intraday high of Rs 754.65 and a low of Rs 745.45. A total of 29,630 shares were traded during the session. The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at Rs 1,07,049.22 crore.
Over the past year, the scrip has touched a 52-week high of Rs 894.15 (December 30, 2024) and a 52-week low of Rs 646.50 (October 7, 2024). On a weekly basis, it has traded between Rs 791.50 and Rs 745.45.
As per the shareholding pattern, promoters hold 38.12%, institutional investors 45.69%, and non-institutional investors 16.19%.
IHCL said the new Taj hotel will be a greenfield project, marking the debut of the Taj brand in Vizag. The property will be developed in line with the company’s strategy of expanding into key leisure and commercial markets across India.
