Mumbai, September 4 (Kiran News): Shares of Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) edged higher on Thursday after the hospitality major announced the signing of a greenfield Gateway hotel project in Dwarka, New Delhi.

The stock was trading at ₹775.75 on the BSE, up by ₹2.05 or 0.26% from its previous close of ₹773.70. The scrip opened at ₹785.95 and touched an intraday high of ₹790.00 and a low of ₹773.00. A total of 46,625 shares were traded during the session.
IHCL’s market capitalisation currently stands at ₹1,10,173.65 crore. The stock has a 52-week high of ₹894.15 recorded on December 30, 2024, and a 52-week low of ₹646.50 on October 7, 2024. Over the past week, it has traded between ₹790.00 and ₹755.55.
Promoters hold 38.12% in the company, while institutional investors own 45.69% and non-institutional investors 16.19%.
The upcoming 158-key Gateway Dwarka, New Delhi, is being developed in partnership with real estate firm Omaxe as part of a public-private-partnership model with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The project, part of The Omaxe State, is expected to be completed by 2027 and will feature premium lifestyle offerings along with advanced sporting infrastructure.
IHCL said the hotel will expand its Gateway brand presence in the capital and strengthen its foothold in a fast-growing micro market.
