Udaipur, May 29 — In a concerted push toward ecological preservation and green development in southern Rajasthan, the Green Peepal Society held a pivotal meeting on Thursday under the chairmanship of retired Chief Conservator of Forests and NTCA member Rahul Bhatnagar at Aranya Kutir, Udaipur. The gathering emphasized strategic environmental initiatives and cemented the Society’s commitment to aligning with the “Hariyalo Rajasthan” plantation campaign.

Strengthening Environmental Commitment
The meeting, conducted in the presence of retired IAS officer and Society Vice President Vikram Singh, focused on expanding the Society’s role in tree plantation drives, especially through active participation in schools. A key resolution was passed to involve students by providing technical knowledge about plantation methods and encouraging youth engagement in greening activities.
