Udaipur, July 21: After a prolonged dry spell, Udaipur and its surrounding areas received light rainfall on Monday, bringing some relief from humid weather conditions. While the city witnessed intermittent drizzle, rainfall remained uneven, with some localities receiving only a few drops and others remaining dry.

The day began with bright sunshine before clouds gathered over the city. Light drizzle was reported in scattered pockets during the morning hours. Throughout the afternoon, a mix of sunshine and cloud cover prevailed.
Around 4 pm, light rain accompanied by drizzle began in several parts of the city and continued for nearly an hour and fifteen minutes before the skies cleared again.
According to the Meteorological Centre at Dabok, the maximum temperature on Monday was recorded at 29.7 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature remained 25.2 degrees Celsius. On Sunday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were 31.5 degrees Celsius and 25.2 degrees Celsius, respectively.
The rainfall led to a drop of nearly 2 degrees Celsius in the daytime temperature, although humid conditions persisted across the region. Meteorologists expect cloudy conditions to continue, with the possibility of further light showers in the coming days.
