New Delhi, September 24 (Udaipur Kiran News): EPack Prefab Technologies launched its ₹504 crore initial public offering (IPO) today, which will remain open for subscription till September 26.

The IPO includes a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹300 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1 crore shares by promoters. The price band has been fixed between ₹194 and ₹204 per share. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of 73 shares, requiring an investment of ₹14,892.
Ahead of the IPO opening, the company raised ₹151.2 crore from 10 anchor investors on Tuesday. WhiteOak Capital emerged as the largest investor, purchasing shares worth ₹60 crore through six schemes. Other key participants included Morgan Stanley, 360 One, Nuvama, Citigroup Global, and Samiksha India.
As per allocation, 50% of the IPO is reserved for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 35% for retail investors, and 15% for Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs). Monarch Networth Capital Limited is the book-running lead manager, while Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar. Share allotment will take place on September 29, with listing on BSE and NSE scheduled for October 1.
According to the prospectus, the company’s financial performance has shown consistent growth. Net profit rose from ₹23.97 crore in FY 2022–23 to ₹42.96 crore in FY 2023–24, and further to ₹59.32 crore in FY 2024–25. Revenue also increased steadily, from ₹660.49 crore in FY 2022–23 to ₹906.38 crore in FY 2023–24, and to ₹1,140.49 crore in FY 2024–25.
Borrowings climbed during the same period — from ₹105.93 crore in FY 2022–23 to ₹145.31 crore in FY 2023–24, reaching ₹210.23 crore in FY 2024–25. Reserves and surplus grew from ₹122.22 crore in FY 2022–23 to ₹337.01 crore in FY 2024–25. EBITDA stood at ₹117.79 crore in FY 2022–23 and ₹87 crore in FY 2023–24.
