Dubai, April 3, 2025 – In a major boost to the global combat sports scene, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) is set to debut for the first time in Dubai, bringing with it high-octane world title fights and some of the biggest names in bare-knuckle fighting. The event is being organized by World League of Fighters (WLF) in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council, marking a historic entry of BKFC into the Middle East.
First-Ever BKFC Championship in Emirates Set for April 4-5
During a high-profile press conference held on April 2 at the iconic Burj Al Arab, WLF co-founders Rajesh Banga and Sunil Mathew, Dubai Sports Council Director Essa Mohammed Sharif, and BKFC founder David Feldman officially announced the landmark event.
The championship will take place at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium on April 4 and 5, positioning Dubai as a new global hub for combat sports.
“It took us two years to bring BKFC to Dubai,” said Rajesh Banga and Sunil Mathew. “BKFC is the world’s fastest-growing combat sport, and Dubai is set to become its next biggest destination.”
