Since the hiring of its first Emirati tour guide in 2009, Al Ain Zoo has steadily increased its localization efforts, with 89 Emirati guides now representing 17% of its workforce. These professionals play a crucial role in educating visitors about biodiversity, endangered species conservation, and sustainability through immersive experiences, including the renowned Al Ain Safari and other exhibits.
