Xiaomi HyperOS Roll-Out Timeline Released: Xiaomi 13, Redmi Note 13 Series Among First to Get New Interface

Xiaomi has announced that it will make its latest user interface, HyperOS, available on more smartphones and tablets in the next few months. The software replaces the company’s old MIUI operating system. It first appeared at the end of last year in the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro models. The recently launched flagship model Xiaomi 14 Ultra also runs on Android 14-based HyperOS out of the box. At Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2024 in Barcelona, ​​Xiaomi published a list of devices that will soon receive the stable HyperOS update.

According to the Chinese OEM, the Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13T, Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12T series will receive the stable HyperOS update in the first half of 2024, i.e. in June this year. Some Redmi phones such as the Redmi Note 13 5G and Redmi Note 12 5G series are also expected to receive this update.

Xiaomi and Redmi models to receive HyperOS update by June 2024 – Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi 13T, Xiaomi 13T Pro, Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro, Xiaomi 12, Redmi 12, Xiaomi 12, 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G, Redmi Note 12 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G.

Among others, the recently introduced Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro, Xiaomi Watch S3 and Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Pro run HyperOS. Older tablets like the Xiaomi Pad 6 and Redmi Pad SE have been confirmed to receive the HyperOS update this June.

Notably, the basic Xiaomi 14 device is scheduled to be launched in India on March 7. The Indian version of this model is likely to have the same specifications as its Chinese counterpart.
