Mahoba : A pregnant woman in Uttar Pradesh’s Mahoba was fired at by men hunting for bluebuck. The woman, working in the fields, shot in the stomach, was taken to a health clinic and then to a district hospital in Jhansi for treatment.

Vandana, 30, is in critical condition. Vandana’s husband, Bhupendra Singh Rajput, stated that he was working in the field with his wife when she was shot in the stomach by two men who had gone into the area to hunt for a bluebuck.
Vandana and her unborn child are both in severe condition, according to a medical official. A police official stated that a complaint has been filed against the accused and that a manhunt has been initiated to find them.
