Mumbai, April 4, 2025 — To cater to the increased travel demand during the summer vacation period, Western Railway has announced the launch of two summer special trains running on special fare. These trains are aimed at enhancing travel convenience for passengers traveling to major destinations such as Banaras and Barauni from Mumbai and Udhna respectively.

Bandra Terminus – Banaras Superfast Summer Special (Train Nos. 09029/09030)
This unreserved superfast service will operate for 24 trips between April 10 and June 27, 2025.

Train 09029 will depart Bandra Terminus every Thursday at 4:30 AM and reach Banaras the following day at 6:30 AM.

Train 09030 will depart Banaras every Friday at 9:30 AM, arriving at Bandra Terminus the next day at 12:15 PM.
The train will stop at: Borivali, Boisar, Vapi, Bhestan, Chalthan, Nandurbar, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Pipariya, Narsinghpur, Madan Mahal, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Junction, and Gyanpur Road.
Coach Composition: General Second Class (Unreserved).
Udhna – Barauni Weekly Special (Train Nos. 09033/09034)
This train will also operate for 24 services on a weekly basis between April 9 and June 27, 2025.

Train 09033 departs Udhna every Wednesday at 8:35 PM, reaching Barauni by 3:00 AM on Friday.

Train 09034 leaves Barauni every Friday at 5:30 AM, arriving at Udhna by 4:30 PM the following day.
Key stops include: Nandurbar, Bhusawal, Khandwa, Itarsi, Pipariya, Narsinghpur, Jabalpur, Katni, Maihar, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Buxar, Ara, Patna, Bakhtiyarpur, and Mokama.
Coach Composition: AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class, and General Second Class.
