Unicommerce eSolutions Gains After Launching ‘UniCapture’ Video Verification Tool

New Delhi, November 8 (Udaipur Kiran) — Shares of Unicommerce eSolutions traded higher on Friday after the company announced the launch of UniCapture, a new video-based verification solution designed to help e-commerce and D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands enhance transparency and minimize disputes related to order returns and inspections.

The stock was trading at ₹128.40, up by ₹3.70 or 2.97% from its previous close of ₹124.70 on the BSE. During the session, it opened at ₹124.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹129.35 and a low of ₹123.05. A total of 11,569 shares changed hands on the counter.

The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of ₹1, has recorded a 52-week high of ₹219.95 (on November 7, 2024) and a 52-week low of ₹96.30 (on March 3, 2025). The company’s market capitalization currently stands at ₹1,439.35 crore.

Promoters hold 36.34% of the company’s shares, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 5.93% and 57.73%, respectively.

According to the company, UniCapture is a video-based verification and monitoring system (VMS) that automatically records short, timestamped videos linked to each order ID during packing and return inspections. The tool provides marketplace-acceptable, visual evidence for every shipment, helping sellers replace manual proofing with a seamless, automated process.

The company highlighted that e-commerce return frauds and unverifiable disputes have become a major industry concern, affecting sellers, marketplaces, and D2C brands. UniCapture aims to address this challenge by offering transparent, video-based documentation to settle disputes efficiently, thus minimizing revenue losses and improving trust across the ecosystem.
