Udaipur, January 8 (Udaipur Kiran): The foundation day of the Ashok Nagar branch of Udaipur Mahila Samriddhi Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd was celebrated with enthusiasm on Thursday, January 8, 2026, with active participation from customers. A customer meet was organised at the branch premises on this occasion.

Bank President Dr Kiran Jain said that valuable suggestions were invited from customers during the programme, and their issues were addressed and resolved on the spot. She added that such interactions help the bank strengthen customer trust and improve services.
To encourage customers with good transaction records, a lottery was organised during the event. Praveen Jain won the first prize, Shiv Kumar Upadhyay secured the second prize, and Pankaj Kumar Chittora received the third prize. The winners were honoured with traditional scarves and gifts.
Branch Manager Premlata Kabra said that over its 23 years of operation, the Ashok Nagar branch has achieved significant growth, mobilising deposits of ₹2,721.10 lakh and disbursing loans worth ₹1,035.01 lakh.
The programme was attended by Bank President Dr Kiran Jain, Vice President Vimla Moondara, Directors Dr Mahima Samar, Nisha Salvi, Vidya Kiran Agrawal, Subhashini Sharma, Khushbu Malviya, along with bank staff and a large number of customers.
