Udaipur, 29 December: The Udaipur Development Authority (UDA) has allocated 1,109 residential plots through an e-lottery held on Thursday, 25 December. The plots are part of three housing schemes: South Extension Sector-A, Udyam Vihar, and Nandeshwar Enclave.
Document verification for all successful applicants will start from 5 January at the authority’s office. Initially, the verification process will focus on applicants from the South Extension Sector-A scheme. This phase is scheduled from 5 January to 20 January on all working days.
UDA Secretary Hemendra Nagar stated that the schedule for document verification of applicants from the other two schemes will be announced soon. Successful applicants can view the list of required documents and the verification schedule on the department’s official portal. Additionally, notifications about the verification dates will be sent to applicants via SMS.
