The company received intimation and Certificate of incorporation of EHBPL on January 9, 2024. The entire shares of EHBPL have been subscribed by EHRL.
Consequent to incorporation, EHBPL has become a subsidiary and related party of the Company. EHRL has incorporated EHBPL for undertaking new real estate projects through acquisition of lands.
