BJP Leaders Slam Rahul Gandhis Remarks

New Delhi, May 21: Political tensions have escalated following remarks made by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in the Lok Sabha regarding the Prime Minister, the Union Home Minister, and the RSS. BJP leaders have condemned his statements, launching sharp counterattacks against him. BJP MP Manoj Tiwari, national spokesperson Prem Shukla, and Ayodhya’s Mahant Raju Das have all responded critically to Gandhi’s comments, levelling serious accusations.

In a conversation, Manoj Tiwari stated that Rahul Gandhi seems determined to sink both himself and the Congress party. He criticized Gandhi for aligning with the country’s adversaries after suffering multiple electoral defeats. “I condemn this,” Tiwari said, adding that no amount of teaching would enable Gandhi to match Narendra Modi. He further remarked that Gandhi’s attempts to insult Dr. B.R. Ambedkar are hypocritical, noting that while Gandhi speaks of Ambedkar’s dignity, his party’s government failed to provide a burial site for him in Delhi, whereas Prime Minister Modi has established an Ambedkar memorial there.

Tiwari emphasized that if the public were to learn about Ambedkar, they would see how Congress has disrespected him. He asserted that the BJP works for the people’s welfare, while Congress engages in corruption, claiming that the latter is on the verge of extinction and inciting public sentiment by invoking the Constitution, which does not teach disrespect towards the Prime Minister.

Meanwhile, BJP national spokesperson Prem Shukla remarked on Modi’s recent trip to Italy, questioning why Gandhi is troubled by it when he is not acknowledged there. He suggested that it is not the youth of India who are depressed, but rather Rahul Gandhi himself.

Ayodhya’s Mahant Raju Das criticized Gandhi for lacking integrity and concern for the nation. He accused Gandhi of making controversial remarks about the Prime Minister and the Home Minister, stating that by insulting the Prime Minister, he is also insulting the 1.4 billion citizens of India. Das urged Gandhi to open his eyes, warning that he might lose the few MPs he has left.
