TVS Motor has launched the racing version of its popular Apache RTR 160. Priced at Rs 1,28,720, the new variant is the top of the range Apache RTR 160. TVS has opened bookings for the new variant through its dealer network in India.

This racing version features a matte black color scheme complemented by striking red and gray graphics on the fuel tank, front fender and tail section.
The visual appeal of the motorcycle is enhanced by the red alloy wheels that give it a sporty look. Apart from these changes, the bike remains mechanically unchanged.
TVS Apache RTR 160 Racing Edition: Engine
The heart of the Apache RTR 160 Racing Edition is still the 160cc air-cooled engine that produces 16.04 HP. and its maximum torque is 12.7 Nm. Combined with a five-speed gearbox, this engine can reach a top speed of 107 km/h.

In terms of features, the Racing Edition has three driving modes: Sport, Urban and Rain, adapted to different driving conditions. It has a digital LCD display with TVS SmartXonnect feature and Bluetooth connectivity with voice support for navigation and notifications. LED headlights and taillights improve visibility and give the vehicle a modern look, while Glide Through Technology (GDT) ensures a smooth ride at low speeds.
