Udaipur, February 18, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran) : Tushar Mehta, a research scholar in the Department of Botany at Mohanlal Sukhadia University and currently residing in Udaipur, has secured 30th rank in the merit list of Assistant Professor (Botany) examination conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission. He is originally a resident of Karakala, Salumber.

After qualifying the written examination, Mehta credited his success in the final interview stage to Vipra Foundation. He specifically acknowledged Dr. H.R. Dave, State President of the Education, Employment and Competitive Examination Cell of the foundation, for providing intensive mock interview training since April 2025 and guiding him on interview techniques and key aspects.
Mehta said the dedicated efforts, free guidance and selfless service spirit of Dr. Dave motivated him to move forward and prepare confidently for the interview.

He faced several hardships, sacrifices and financial constraints from childhood. Despite these difficulties, his dedication towards his goal helped him achieve this milestone in higher education services.
Tushar also credited his mother for her constant support. He said that despite being a single woman managing the family during difficult times and with limited income, she always encouraged him to pursue higher education. He also thanked his younger sister for fulfilling family responsibilities and supporting him throughout his journey. He expressed gratitude to his grandmother for standing by him during tough phases of life.
