Mumbai, October 6 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Tanfac Industries gained 0.85% on Monday after the company announced the commissioning of the second phase of its 5,000 TPA (AHF Basis) Solar Grade Dilute Hydro Fluoric Acid (DHF) Plant.

The stock was trading at Rs. 4621.00, up by Rs. 39.10 from its previous close of Rs. 4581.90 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 4560.00 and touched a high of Rs. 4725.00 and a low of Rs. 4560.00 during the session, with 2,368 shares traded so far.
The company’s market capitalisation stands at Rs. 4,607.45 crore. Over the past year, the stock has touched a 52-week high of Rs. 5064.30 (on August 29, 2025) and a 52-week low of Rs. 1890.00 (on October 8, 2024).
Promoters hold 51.81% stake in the company, while institutions and non-institutions hold 0.47% and 47.72%, respectively.
The commissioning of the second phase follows the successful quality approval of trial production batches, which met stringent customer specifications. The company had earlier commissioned the first phase of the project in June 2025, taking the total capacity of Solar Grade DHF to 10,000 TPA (AHF Basis).
