Angel One Shares Gain as Client Base Grows 24% Year-on-Year in September

Mumbai, October 6 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Angel One surged over 2% in Monday’s trade after the company reported a 24% year-on-year growth in its client base for September 2025.

The stock was trading at Rs 2250.60, up by Rs 49.15 or 2.23%, compared to its previous close of Rs 2201.45 on the BSE. It opened at Rs 2205.20 and touched an intraday high of Rs 2270.00 and a low of Rs 2172.65. A total of 35,797 shares were traded during the session.

The company’s market capitalisation stands at Rs 20,012.15 crore. Over the past year, the stock has hit a 52-week high of Rs 3502.60 (on December 9, 2024) and a 52-week low of Rs 1942.00 (on March 13, 2025).

Promoters hold 28.97% stake in the company, while institutions and non-institutions own 31.09% and 39.94%, respectively.

In September 2025, Angel One’s client base rose to 34.08 million, up from 27.49 million in September 2024, marking a 24% annual increase. On a monthly basis, the client base grew 1.5% from 33.57 million in August 2025.

The company’s overall average daily turnover (ADTO) stood at Rs 48,18,300 crore in September 2025, up 0.5% from Rs 47,92,800 crore in September 2024. The F&O segment contributed Rs 46,71,200 crore, while the cash segment reported Rs 7,600 crore (based on option premium turnover) and the commodity segment stood at Rs 1,39,500 crore.
