New Delhi, November 4 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of S&S Power Switchgear surged over 3% on Monday after its wholly owned subsidiary, Hamilton Research & Technology (HART), received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from Giza Systems Free Zone, Egypt.

The contract involves the supply of a state-of-the-art Pot Control System and related technology to support aluminium smelter operations. Valued at over Rs. 30 crore, it is among the largest international orders bagged by HART. The implementation will begin within the current financial year and is expected to be completed within 36 months.
On the BSE, the stock was trading at Rs. 355.00, up Rs. 10.45 or 3.03% from the previous close of Rs. 344.55. The scrip opened at Rs. 378.00 and touched an intraday high of Rs. 378.00 and a low of Rs. 351.85, with 618 shares traded so far.
The BSE group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of Rs. 10, has a 52-week high of Rs. 499.55 (on December 24, 2024) and a 52-week low of Rs. 224.30 (on March 12, 2025). In the past week, it traded between Rs. 378.00 and Rs. 340.30. The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at Rs. 438.13 crore.
Promoters hold 74.97% of the company’s shares, while institutional investors own 0.23% and non-institutional investors hold 24.79%.
