Eicher Motors Rises as Royal Enfield Records 13% Growth in October Sales

New Delhi, November 4 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Eicher Motors edged higher on Monday after its motorcycle division, Royal Enfield, reported a 13% year-on-year rise in sales for October 2025.

At the BSE, the stock was trading at Rs. 7,020.00, up Rs. 14.45 or 0.21% from its previous close of Rs. 7,005.55. The scrip opened at Rs. 7,047.80 and touched an intraday high of Rs. 7,070.00 and a low of Rs. 7,000.00, with 4,540 shares traded so far. The company’s market capitalisation stands at Rs. 1,92,570.58 crore.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock, with a face value of Re. 1, has a 52-week high of Rs. 7,123.65 (on September 23, 2025) and a 52-week low of Rs. 4,538.00 (on November 13, 2024). Over the past week, it traded between Rs. 7,099.00 and Rs. 6,838.10. The promoters hold 49.06%, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors hold 41.69% and 9.24%, respectively.

In October 2025, Royal Enfield sold 1,24,951 motorcycles, compared to 1,10,574 units in October 2024 — a 13% increase. Sales of models with engine capacity up to 350cc rose 14% to 1,10,874 units, while those with engine capacity above 350cc saw a marginal 2% rise to 14,077 units. However, international business sales declined 7% to 8,107 units, compared to 8,688 units a year earlier.

The company achieved its highest-ever festive performance during September and October 2025, with total motorcycle sales surpassing 2.49 lakh units, reflecting a 26% growth over the same festive period last year.
