Sobha Shares Edge Higher as Q2FY26 Sales Value Jumps 61% Year-on-Year

Mumbai, October 6 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Sobha Limited rose nearly 1% on Monday after the company reported a strong 61.44% year-on-year growth in its total sales value for the second quarter of FY26.

The stock was trading at Rs 1485.00, up by Rs 14.55 or 0.99% from its previous close of Rs 1470.45 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs 1515.00 and touched an intraday high of Rs 1525.00 and a low of Rs 1476.25, with 9,773 shares changing hands during the session.

The company’s market capitalisation stands at Rs 15,858.58 crore. Over the past year, the stock has touched a 52-week high of Rs 1835.65 (on October 4, 2024) and a 52-week low of Rs 1075.70 (on April 7, 2025).

Promoters hold 52.88% stake in the company, while institutions and non-institutions own 32.71% and 14.41%, respectively.

In Q2FY26, Sobha’s total sales value rose to Rs 1902.60 crore, compared to Rs 1178.50 crore in Q2FY25. In the previous quarter (Q1FY26), sales stood at Rs 2078.80 crore. The average price realisation improved to Rs 13,648 per sq. ft. from Rs 12,674 per sq. ft. a year earlier. Sobha’s share of the sales value in the quarter was Rs 1537.00 crore.
