Realme Note 60 Launch Date Set for August 30; Design, Colourway, Key Features Revealed

The Realme Note 60 will soon be the successor to the Realme Note 50, which was launched in select markets in January this year. The company announced the release date of its next phone and confirmed some of its key features, including battery, build and display details. The expected smartphone design, color options, RAM and storage configuration were also revealed. The leaked design has some differences from the previous model.

Realme Note 60 introduction, design and color options

According to the official product page, the Realme Note 60 will launch in Indonesia on August 30 and will be available in the country on the same day. The company has not yet confirmed the launch of this phone in India. It is worth noting that the high-end device announced earlier this year has not been launched in India.

The design of the Realme Note 60 is slightly different from the Realme Note 50, especially when it comes to the rear layout. The upcoming phone is mainly seen with a slightly patterned matte finish. However, the rectangular camera module in the top left corner looks shiny. The two camera sensors are housed in separate circular units and are aligned vertically in the top left corner. The LED flash unit is located in a small circular slot on the side of the camera.

The Realme Note 60’s display has narrow bezels, a slightly thicker chin and a waterdrop notch in the middle of the top to house the front camera sensor. Volume button and power button are on the right edge. On the bottom edge there is a speaker grille, a 3.5mm audio jack and a USB Type-C port. This smartphone is available in two colors: Marble Black and Travel Blue.

Key Features of Realme Note 60

The official product page confirms that the Realme Note 60 will come with an octa-core SoC. The exact version of this processor has not yet been determined. It is worth noting that the older Realme Note 50 is equipped with the Unisoc T612 chipset. The phone is available in three RAM and storage configurations: 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. It comes with Realme UI based on Android 14.

The Realme Note 60 will also have a 5,000 mAh battery and a 32-megapixel main camera. It features a dust-proof and drop-proof structure with IP64 standard. The phone is confirmed to feature a 6.74-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, Rainwater Smart Touch and Mini Capsule 2.0. Its thickness is 7.84 mm and its weight is 187 grams.
