Raymond Realty has entered one of Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s most premium corridors with the launch of ‘Invictus by GS, BKC’. Spread across around two acres, this marquee redevelopment marks a key milestone for the company. Following the success of TenX Habitat and The Address by GS in Thane, the new launch strengthens Raymond Realty’s focus on the ultra-luxury segment.
The project comprises six towers of 23 habitable floors with four basements and is designed with IGBC-aligned, eco-responsible features. It offers strong location advantages with seamless access to South, Central and Navi Mumbai. The project is located about five minutes from Jio World Drive, eight minutes from the Bandra-Worli Sea Link and 15 minutes from the airport. It will also feature over 30 lifestyle amenities, including a sky lounge, recreational zones and a 38-metre skyline-facing swimming pool, along with integrated high-street retail.
Raymond Realty is expanding its presence in Mumbai through an asset-light Joint Development Agreement (JDA) model. This project is one of six JDAs signed across prime areas including Bandra, Mahim, Sion and Wadala, with a total Gross Development Value of around Rs. 14,000 crore. Additional projects are currently under evaluation as the company scales beyond its Thane base.
