New Delhi, April 23 : A war of words erupted between ex cricketers Irfan Pathan and Amit Mishra over the former’s cryptic tweet. Leaving his post open-ended Pathan wrote, “My country, my beautiful country, has the potential to be the greatest country on earth. BUT………” This opened floodgates of responses from users, with netizens deriving their own meaning from Pathan’s tweet. Completing the tweet without tagging Pathan, wrist spinner Mishra said: “My country, my beautiful country, has the potential to be the greatest country on earth…..only if some people realise that our constitution is the first book to be followed.” Netizens were then left divided courtesy BJP’s Kapil Mishra’s reply “Proud of you” to Mishra. Pathan on Saturday then issued a fresh tweet and posted a picture of the Indian Constitution’s preamble. “Always followed this and I urge each citizen of our beautiful country to follow this. Please read and re-read…,” wrote Pathan.
