Pace Digitek Shares Rise After Subsidiary Bags Rs 199 Cr Order

Mumbai, November 27 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Pace Digitek were trading higher on the BSE after its subsidiary secured a major order. The stock was trading at Rs. 218.75, up by 3.05 points or 1.41 per cent from its previous close of Rs. 215.70.

The scrip opened at Rs. 218.95 and moved between a high of Rs. 220.95 and a low of Rs. 218.50 during the session. A total of 7,872 shares were traded on the counter so far.

The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of Rs. 2, touched its 52-week high of Rs. 232.20 on October 10, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs. 203.60 on October 16, 2025. Over the past one week, the stock moved between Rs. 214.90 and Rs. 229.50. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs. 4,733.62 crore.

Promoters hold 69.50 per cent stake in the company, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors hold 8.24 per cent and 22.27 per cent respectively.

Pace Digitek’s material subsidiary, M/s Lineage Power, has secured an order worth Rs 199.42 crore (including taxes) from Larsen & Toubro, Construction. The order is for the supply of Battery Energy Storage Systems, including LiFePo4 liquid cooling BESS integrated containers, for Bihar State Power Generation Company at Kajra. The order is to be executed before March 2026.
