Homegrown automakers Mahindra and Mahindra will soon launch the facelifted Mahindra XUV 300 (now XUV 3XO) in the Indian market. The company has already released a few teasers that give us a glimpse of the exterior design and part of the interior. In this article, let’s take a look at everything we know so far about the new Mahindra XUV 3XO.

First, let’s talk about the release date. The Mahindra XUV 3XO is scheduled to launch in India on April 29, 2024. Once launched, it will continue to compete with the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Tata Nexon, Hyundai Veno, Kia Sonata and Skoda’s sub-4 meter SUV. With the added features and updated design, the new 3XO is expected to be priced at over Rs 50,000, with prices expected to start at Rs 8.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
In terms of design, the overall look of the new Mahindra XUV 3XO remains the same but gets a redesigned front and rear fascia that is heavily inspired by Mahindra’s BE SUVs. The front grille features a triangular chrome strip flanked by modern headlight clusters and bite-shaped LED lights.
It also gets fender flares with front fog lights and a redesigned tailgate with integrated LED taillights and a higher rear bumper. In the middle is the name “XUV 3XO” along with Mahindra’s “Twin Peaks” logo. Other exterior features include redesigned 16-inch alloy wheels, an integrated roof spoiler, high brake lights and a shark fin antenna.
The interior of the new Mahindra XUV 3XO will have the same dashboard design as the Mahindra XUV 400 EV. It is expected to feature a standalone 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system as well as a redesigned piano black and silver console. It also gets a fully digital instrument cluster with a redesigned steering wheel and new upholstery options.
Expected features include dual-zone automatic climate control, a panoramic sunroof, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, AdrenoX connected car technology, ventilated front seats, wireless phone charger, automatic headlights with wipers and more. In terms of safety, it will come with six airbags, all four disc brakes, ISOFIX mounts, traction control, ESP, TPMS, front and rear sensors and a 360-degree parking camera.
