Mumbai, May 2: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE), Pune, has announced the results for the HSC (Class 12) board examinations for 2026 on Saturday. The results have been released for various regions including Pune, Nagpur, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur, and Konkan. Students who appeared for the Class 12 board exams and have been eagerly awaiting their results can now check their scores and download their mark sheets through the direct link available on the board’s official website.
Students can also access the Maharashtra Class 12 board exam results online through DigiLocker, in addition to the official websites. This year, the overall pass percentage stands at 89.79%, which is a decline from last year’s 91.88%. Last year, the pass percentage for girls was 94.54%, while boys recorded a pass percentage of 89.51%.
Once again, girls have outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 93.15%, while boys recorded a pass percentage of 86.80%. It is noteworthy that the MSBSHSE conducted the Maharashtra Class 12 examinations in nine divisions from February 10 to March 11, with over 1.5 million students participating.
In terms of regional performance, the Konkan region achieved the highest pass percentage at 94.14%, while the Latur region recorded the lowest at 84.14%.
To check the Maharashtra Class 12 results, candidates should first visit the official MSBSHSE website. After reaching the homepage, they need to click on the results link available there. They should then enter their login credentials and submit. The results will appear on the screen, and after checking, students should download their mark sheets and keep a printed copy for future reference.
