IndiGo said its teams are working continuously to restore operations at the earliest. The airline is offering affected customers alternative flight options or refunds. It also expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to passengers. Travellers have been advised to check the latest flight status on the airline’s official website before heading to the airport.

The airline also said that recently, passengers had faced significant delays due to a software upgrade in aircraft systems. IndiGo had earlier apologised for that inconvenience and assured customers that it is making full efforts to address their concerns and reduce disruption.

Over the past two days, a total of 42 IndiGo flights have been cancelled, including 22 arrivals and 20 departures. Passengers faced major inconvenience due to these cancellations. The airline cited “operational issues” as the reason behind the large number of cancellations. Many affected passengers also expressed their frustration on social media.
