
The HMD Crest series, the first non-Nokia HMD smartphone, is set to launch in India soon. The Finnish manufacturer confirmed the release date of its new smartphone in the X teaser on Tuesday. The teaser doesn’t reveal much about the device, but confirms that the back is made of glass. The HMD Crest series is sold in Japan via Amazon. It is said that this device is made in India. Like HMD’s recent mobile phones, the upcoming series is also based on the concept of self-healing.
HMD Crest series launch schedule in India
The official account of HMD India (@HMDdevicesIN) has posted about the upcoming launch of the HMD Crest series on July 25th. The image shared by the brand shows the back of the phone. Additionally, Amazon India has created a dedicated landing page on its website to announce the arrival of the new device.
The Amazon listing shows that the back panel of the HMD Crest series is made of glass with a glossy finish. This list highlights the portrait imaging features of upcoming phones. Additionally, this phone has a simple self-healing feature. Made-in-India Bollywood actress Sanya Malhotra will be the brand ambassador for the upcoming collection, HMD has confirmed.
The Finnish smartphone maker has only mentioned the HMD Crest series, but it is expected to include the Crest and Crest Max 5G models. Particle for direct object
It is widely speculated that HMD Crest will be launched as the renamed HMD Pulse. The latter was launched in Europe this April for €140 (approximately Rs. 12,460). Previously, there were rumors that this phone would be launched under the name HMD Arrow.
