Force Motors Shares Fall Despite 53% Jump in November Sales

Mumbai, December 2 (Udaipur Kiran): Force Motors was trading lower at Rs. 17,928.90 on the BSE, down by 307.40 points or 1.69 per cent from its previous close of Rs. 18,236.30.

The stock opened at Rs. 18,549.85 and touched a high of Rs. 18,681.45 and a low of Rs. 17,843.25 during the session. So far, 8,122 shares have been traded on the counter.

The BSE Group ‘A’ stock, with a face value of Rs. 10, has touched a 52-week high of Rs. 21,999.95 on August 22, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs. 6,128.55 on January 28, 2025. Over the past one week, the stock has moved between Rs. 16,800.25 and Rs. 18,681.45. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs. 23,624.97 crore.

Promoters hold 61.63 per cent stake in the company, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 11.75 per cent and 26.62 per cent respectively.

Force Motors reported a 52.94 per cent rise in its total sales (domestic and exports combined) of small commercial vehicles, light commercial vehicles, utility vehicles and sports utility vehicles at 2,883 units in November 2025, compared to 1,885 units in November 2024.

Domestic sales rose sharply by 59.27 per cent to 2,765 units in November 2025 from 1,736 units in the same month last year. However, exports declined by 20.81 per cent to 118 units in November 2025, against 149 units a year ago.
