Ferrari’s First Electric Car Set to Debut Next Year, Price Exceeds 4 Crore!

Ferrari is reportedly crafting its inaugural electric automobile, though no formal announcement has been made yet. It is anticipated that the company will unveil this vehicle towards the end of 2025, with a price tag of around $537,000 (approximately 4,48,66,725 rupees), and deliveries might commence by 2026.

To maintain its exclusivity, limited production is expected. Furthermore, rumors suggest that Ferrari is working on a second electric car.

Ferrari's First Electric Car

Ferrari is focusing on retaining its identity even in the electric era. The brand promises authentic sound for its EVs and aims to keep them exclusive.

The production limit is expected to be around 20,000 units per year. Electric vehicles could boost Ferrari’s sales by 5 percent by 2026, which is projected to reach 40 percent by 2030.

Ferrari has opened a new factory in Maranello, indicating a shift towards electric vehicles. The Purosangue SUV, introduced globally last year and in India this year, has been quite successful. However, the company is careful not to become merely an SUV brand.

This new plant signals an increase in production capacity, with a new hypercar expected to be introduced by the end of this year. Ferrari’s upcoming cars will provide a balance between tradition and innovation, incorporating both powerful V12 engines and silent electric engines.
