Eid-ul-Azha: Maulana Madani appeals to Muslims to avoid sacrificing banned animals, follow government orders completely

New Delhi, June 13 (Udaipur Kiran): In his message to Indian Muslims on Eid-ul-Azha, Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind President Maulana Arshad Madani said that there is no alternative to sacrifice in Islam. It is a religious duty that every financially able Muslim must fulfill. Therefore, this duty has to be fulfilled in any case.

He said that in the current circumstances, it is necessary for Muslims to take precautions themselves. In particular, do not share pictures of sacrificial animals etc. on social media. Maulana Madani also suggested that Muslims should fully follow the government orders while making sacrifices. Avoid sacrificing banned animals. Since the religion allows the sacrifice of a black animal in its place, it is better to consider this appropriate to avoid any trouble.

He also said that if troublemakers in any place stop the sacrifice of black animals even then, wise and influential people should get the sacrifice done by taking the local administration into confidence. If still no way out comes, then the sacrifice should be made in the nearest population where there is no trouble. If there is any trouble at the traditional place, then at least sacrifice of goat should be done there and it should also be registered in the administrative office so that there is no trouble in future.

Suggesting the Muslims of the country to pay special attention to cleanliness on Eidul Azha, he said that the remains of animals should not be thrown on roads, streets and drains, but should be buried in such a way that there is no smell. Maulana Madani also said that in case of any disturbance, the matter should be registered in the local police station with restraint and patience.
