Mumbai, September 4 (Kiran News): Shares of CFF Fluid Control moved higher on Thursday after the company announced that it had received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth around ₹23.70 crore, including taxes, from the Indian Navy’s Material Organisation.

The stock was trading at ₹654.95 on the BSE, up by ₹8.35 or 1.29% from its previous close of ₹646.60. The scrip opened at ₹656.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹665.00 and a low of ₹650.00. A total of 28,200 shares were traded on the counter.
CFF Fluid Control’s market capitalisation currently stands at ₹1,373.70 crore. The stock has a 52-week high of ₹777.15 recorded on September 12, 2024, and a 52-week low of ₹392.00 on March 3, 2025. Over the past week, it has traded between ₹665.00 and ₹630.00.
Promoters hold 73.30% in the company, while institutional investors account for 0.14% and non-institutional investors 26.56%.
The order relates to the procurement of various equipment for the Indian Navy’s P75 Project and is expected to be completed by August 2026.
CFF Fluid Control is engaged in the manufacturing and servicing of shipboard machinery, critical component systems, and test facilities for submarines and surface ships for the Indian Navy.
