Axiscades Technologies Gains as Subsidiary Bags Pilot Contracts

Mumbai, September 4 (Kiran News): Shares of Axiscades Technologies moved higher on Thursday after its subsidiary, Mistral Solutions, announced that it had secured a couple of pilot contracts with two of the world’s largest hyperscalers.

The stock was trading at ₹1,388.00 on the BSE, up by ₹17.65 or 1.29% from its previous close of ₹1,370.35. The scrip opened at ₹1,394.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹1,437.00 and a low of ₹1,325.10. A total of 7,691 shares were traded during the session.

The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at ₹5,868.93 crore. The stock has a 52-week high of ₹1,506.00 recorded on July 7, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹421.05 on November 26, 2024. Over the last week, it has traded between ₹1,437.00 and ₹1,225.20.

Promoters hold 58.20% in the company, while institutional investors own 2.95% and non-institutional investors 38.85%.

The pilot contracts, though modest in scale, carry an estimated value of around $1 million. They involve development of production line testing equipment for global contract manufacturers working with one hyperscaler, and creation of development test apparatus for audio products linked to the other.

To support these initiatives, Axiscades is setting up advanced infrastructure in Bangalore, including an acoustic lab and a 3D printed PCB prototype facility. It is also establishing a front-end engineering team in the United States.
