Sharika Enterprises Hits Upper Circuit on Repeat Order from JSW Steel

Mumbai, September 4 (Kiran News): Shares of Sharika Enterprises hit the upper circuit limit on Thursday after the company announced that it had secured a repeat order from JSW Steel for a major power cable installation project at its Dolvi Plant in Maharashtra.

The stock surged 9.97% to ₹19.64 on the BSE, up by ₹1.78 from its previous close of ₹17.86. The scrip opened at ₹19.36 and touched a high of ₹19.64 and a low of ₹19.09. A total of 2,30,875 shares were traded during the session.

Sharika Enterprises’ market capitalisation currently stands at ₹85.04 crore. The stock has a 52-week high of ₹23.98 recorded on January 6, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹12.05 on August 25, 2025. Over the past week, it has traded between ₹19.64 and ₹12.06.

Promoters hold 55.16% in the company, while non-institutional investors account for 44.84%.

The fresh contract involves a 7 km turnkey project for supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 220kV, 800 sqmm high-tension cables, along with the supply of 33kV cables and related accessories. Earlier, Sharika Enterprises had successfully executed a 4 km 220kV EHV cable project for JSW Steel at the same plant.

The company stated that the repeat order reflects JSW Steel’s confidence in its quality, reliability, and timely delivery. It also highlights Sharika’s capability to deliver complete, large-scale infrastructure solutions for one of India’s leading steel producers.
