Apple updated its list of old and outdated products with the introduction of the iPhone 5s and the sixth generation iPod touch. The company has now added the iPhone 5s and the sixth generation iPod touch to the obsolete list.
This means that these devices have reached the end of their useful life and Apple, along with authorized service providers, will no longer provide hardware support or repair for them.

Apple now considers the iPhone 5s an obsolete product. The products were considered obsolete seven years ago when Apple stopped selling them. Recall that the iPhone 5s was released in September 2013.
A unique feature of the smartphone is the Touch ID fingerprint sensor built into the Home button. The Apple iPhone 5s is powered by the company’s A7 chipset, Apple’s first 64-bit architecture.
In addition to the legacy list, Apple has also updated its vintage list to include the sixth-generation iPod touch. The products were considered obsolete when Apple stopped selling them more than five to seven years ago.
The sixth-generation Apple iPod Touch, introduced in 2015, was the penultimate model of the device and will be discontinued by Apple in 2022.
Apart from these two, the Cupertino tech giant has expanded its old lineup with a 21.5-inch iMac with Retina 4K display.
