Mumbai, November 28 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels moved slightly higher on Friday after the company announced the launch of Zone by The Park, New Market, Kolkata, further expanding its footprint in West Bengal.

The stock was trading at ₹138.00, up ₹0.25 or 0.18 per cent on the BSE from its previous close of ₹137.75. It opened at ₹139.45 and touched an intraday high of ₹139.65 and a low of ₹137.20. A total of 8,437 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE Group ‘B’ stock of face value ₹1 has touched a 52-week high of ₹208.40 on January 3, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹128.75 on April 7, 2025. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at ₹2,944.56 crore.
With this launch, the Group has strengthened its presence in West Bengal alongside THE Park Kolkata, The Denmark Tavern in Serampore, Zone by The Park near Biswa Bangala Convention Centre, and Zone by The Park Digha. The newly launched property is located near major landmarks such as the Indian Museum, Howrah Bridge, Victoria Memorial, and key shopping districts.
The hotel features 42 well-appointed rooms, the all-day dining restaurant Bazaar offering global cuisines, and Flurys in the lobby. The upcoming Townhall banquet facility, with a capacity of up to 100 guests, will cater to business and social gatherings.
The promoter holding in the company stands at 68.14 per cent, while institutions hold 12.59 per cent and non-institutions 19.26 per cent.
