Bondada zooms on bagging EPC order worth Rs 1,153.93 crore for 270 MWp Solar PV Project

Mumbai, October 6 (Udaipur Kiran): Bondada Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 281.30, up by 11.05 points or 4.09% from its previous closing of Rs. 269.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 270.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 284.00 and Rs. 268.65 respectively. So far 143600 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘M’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 503.00 on 28-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 215.00 on 30-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 284.00 and Rs. 264.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3123.45 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.52%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.65% and 37.82% respectively.

Bondada Engineering has received an EPC order aggregating to Rs 1,153.93 crore for the development of a 270 MWp Ground-Mounted Solar PV Project at various locations in Maharashtra. The order is to be executed within 6 months from receipt of the order. The order is a significant addition to the company’s renewable energy portfolio and reinforces its growing capabilities in large-scale solar EPC project execution.

The company continues to focus on large-scale Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and other emerging infrastructure opportunities, with an emphasis on execution capabilities, project diversification and sustainable long-term growth.
