Mumbai, September 4 (Kiran News): Shares of Advait Energy Transitions traded higher on Thursday after the company announced that it had bagged a turnkey contract worth ₹71.70 crore, including taxes, from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL).

The stock was quoted at ₹1,891.30 on the BSE, up by ₹16.05 or 0.86% from its previous close of ₹1,875.25. The scrip opened at ₹1,900.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹1,920.00 and a low of ₹1,845.00. A total of 3,893 shares were traded on the counter.
The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹2,054.74 crore. The stock has a 52-week high of ₹2,419.00 recorded on July 31, 2025, and a 52-week low of ₹1,020.00 on March 17, 2025. Over the last week, it has traded between ₹1,820.00 and ₹1,920.00.
Promoters hold 67.45% in the company, while institutional investors account for 0.72% and non-institutional investors 31.83%.
The fresh order, received on September 1, 2025, covers supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) along with accessories and allied items. The project, part of the System Improvement (SI) Scheme, will be executed in Amreli Circle of PGVCL and is expected to be completed within 12 months.
