ACS Technologies Shares Rise on Rs 1.66 Cr Work Order

Mumbai, November 26 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of ACS Technologies were trading higher on the BSE after the company secured a work order worth around Rs 1.66 crore. The stock was trading at Rs. 37.01, up by 0.71 points or 1.96 per cent from its previous close of Rs. 36.30.

The scrip opened at Rs. 37.02 and moved between a high of Rs. 37.02 and a low of Rs. 36.61 during the session. A total of 41,173 shares were traded on the counter so far.

The BSE Group ‘X’ stock, with a face value of Rs. 10, touched its 52-week high of Rs. 40.40 on November 13, 2025, and a 52-week low of Rs. 3.28 on May 7, 2025. Over the past one week, the stock moved between Rs. 35.60 and Rs. 37.85. The company’s current market capitalisation stands at Rs. 223.11 crore.

Promoters hold 44.09 per cent stake in the company, while non-institutional investors hold 55.91 per cent stake.

ACS Technologies has secured a work order worth around Rs 1.66 crore from the Airports Authority of India, Madurai. The engagement represents an annual Integrated Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for CCTV surveillance and airport system installation. The order is to be executed within 24 months, from December 2, 2025 to December 1, 2027.

ACS Technologies, formerly known as LN Industries India, is primarily engaged as a system integrator in security and surveillance, IoT solutions, software products and services in the information technology segment.
