New Delhi, March 9, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): Vivo has launched its new smartphone Vivo Y37+ in China. The device is the latest addition to the company’s Y series and comes with features such as a large battery and 5G connectivity. According to the company, the smartphone features a 6.74-inch LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate support. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, and comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 6000mAh battery. The smartphone runs on Android 15 based OriginOS 5.
Price and Availability
Vivo has priced the 8GB + 256GB variant of the Vivo Y37+ at 1,599 Yuan (around ₹21,400). The phone is available in Obsidian Black, Glaze Blue, and Sunrise Gold colour options. It has been listed on the company’s official website and is expected to go on sale soon.
Display and Battery
The Vivo Y37+ features a 6.74-inch LCD flat display with a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels. The display supports a 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and brightness of up to 1000 nits. The screen also offers 70 percent NTSC colour gamut and a 1500:1 contrast ratio.
For power, the smartphone includes a 6000mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. The company claims the battery life can remain stable for up to five years. The device also supports reverse charging (OTG), allowing users to charge other devices.
Camera and Performance
In the camera department, the smartphone features a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and f/2.2 aperture. It includes camera modes such as Night, Portrait, Panorama, and Pro. The rear camera supports 10x digital zoom and 1080p video recording.
For selfies and video calls, the phone offers a 5-megapixel front camera, which also supports 1080p video recording.
The device runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor, paired with a Mali G57 GPU. It comes with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. With the Memory Fusion feature, users can add up to 8GB of virtual RAM.
Connectivity and Additional Features
For connectivity, the smartphone supports 5G, dual Nano SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, IR remote control, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device also comes with SGS-certified drop resistance.
