New Delhi, September 5 (Kiran News) — Smartphone brand Vivo is preparing to launch its X300 series in October, which is likely to include the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. The Pro model is tipped to debut with MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 chipset, making it one of the most powerful Vivo flagships to date.

Certification and Charging Details
According to a 3C certification listing in China, a Vivo smartphone with model number V2502DA, believed to be the X300 Pro Satellite Communication Edition, appeared with support for 90W fast charging. For reference, last year’s X200 Pro also featured a 6,000mAh battery with 90W wired charging.
Display and Performance
The upcoming device is expected to sport a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz variable refresh rate. Its predecessor, the X200 Pro, came with the Dimensity 9400 processor and a strong imaging setup.
Camera Setup (Expected)
The Vivo X300 Pro is rumoured to feature a triple rear camera unit, including:
50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor (1/1.3-inch)
200MP periscope telephoto sensor (1/1.4-inch, Zeiss APO floating lens)
50MP ultra-wide-angle camera
Like the X200 series, the X300 lineup is expected to continue its Zeiss-tuned camera partnership, further enhancing its photography capabilities.
Satellite Connectivity and Variants
Reports suggest that both the X300 and X300 Pro may support satellite communication, with one variant expected to integrate BeiDou satellite messaging service. The standard X300 could arrive with a compact 6.3-inch display, similar to the X200 Pro Mini.
Accessories and Future Plans
Alongside the smartphones, Vivo may also launch new TWS earbuds with the X300 series. Tipsters claim that in 2026, the brand plans to shift focus towards its IoT ecosystem, including wearables.
